Refund policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase.

This policy complies with the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations.

1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order for any reason.

To be eligible:

  • Item must be unused
  • Must be in original packaging
  • All accessories included

After approval, you then have an additional 14 days to return the item.

2. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Used or damaged items caused by customer handling
  • Items without original packaging
  • Clearance or final sale items (if marked)
  • Damage caused by misuse of electrical products

3. Damaged or Faulty Items

If your cooling fan arrives defective or damaged:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide photo or video evidence
  • We will offer replacement or full refund after review

4. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is faulty
  • If the return is due to our error, we cover shipping costs

5. Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

6. Cooling Fan Electrical Disclaimer

We cannot accept returns or issue refunds if damage is caused by:

  • Water exposure
  • Improper voltage use
  • Unauthorized repair or modification
